Thanks for the link, but I'll form my own opinions of it's items. I tend to be rather skeptical of such summaries like this after the 'Death panel' hutzpah.

As you wish, not offended. This was the result of a rapid scan of titles and paragraphs that caught my attention. Page numbers should get you to what I spotted, you can read in depth from there. I'll freely admit there was no way I could read and comprehend the entire document in a couple of hours last night. So many of my impressions may be unintentionally misleading.
